You will be sent an email with more information about how to prepare to attend this event, which occurs on Saturday March 21st at 9am. This email will be sent to you the week prior to the event and will include clear details on where to meet to pick up your supplies. You may also receive a text to the number you have provided, and you will be responsible for all resulting financial charges.*

This is a family friendly event. Therefore, all volunteers are expected to do their best to respect and contribute to an environment that reflects kindness towards and consideration of others. Volunteers are asked to refrain from speaking with crass language and refrain from smoking/vaping in close proximity to minors.*

This is not a "drop-off event" for minors. All adult volunteers bringing minors to participate must be responsible for those minors for the entire duration of the event.*

All volunteers must understand that you/they are engaging in activities that may expose you/them to dangers both from known and unanticipated risks. Therefore, all volunteers (including parents on behalf of minors) will be required to sign a document wherein you/they discharge and hold harmless the Town of Holly Hill, Orangeburg County, and it's representatives (including but not limited to volunteers in leadership) from any and all liability, claims, losses, suits, damages, and demands of whatever kind or nature arising or resulting from property damage, bodily or personal injury and/or death that may be caused by negligence or otherwise of said parties for the duration of this event.*

Therefore, all volunteers (including parents on behalf of minors) will be required to sign a document wherein permission is granted for the use of such in any medium now known or hereafter developed, including printed media, video, still photography, and the internet.*
