  • Renters Insurance Recommendation

    We strongly recommend that all tenants obtain renters insurance to protect their personal belongings and provide liability coverage. Renters insurance typically costs approximately $10–$20 per month and is often available at a lower cost when bundled with auto insurance. Please indicate your understanding of this recommendation:
  • Tenant Screening Process

    To ensure a fair and consistent screening process for all applicants, we use TransUnion SmartMove for tenant screening. If selected to proceed, you will receive a secure link to order your own screening report directly through SmartMove which costs under $40.
  • Lease Details

    Lease Length: 1 year Move-In Costs: - First month’s rent: $800 - Last month’s rent: $800 - Cleaning deposit: $500 - Pet fee (non-refundable): $100 per pet Lease Break Policy: If the lease is terminated early for any reason by the tenant, the last month’s rent will be retained.
