By signing this aggreement, you are acknowledging the terms & conditions of the event. As a vendor the expectation for this event is to provide a fun & safe community event. We are all here for the common good of creating a family friendly market. Please encourage customers to shop other vendors & neighboring businesses.
1. Limited vendor space will be available. The only way to secure space & be included in social media marketing is to provide a >>NON-REFUNDABLE Vendor Fee<<
2. Vendor fees will aid in covering event costs; marketing & publications, posters, banners, porta-potties, music, & city fees.
3. Vendors will be responsible for all set-up, tear-down, & cleanup of booth space. Tents are not required, but are allowed if preferred. ELECTRICITY is NOT provided. Vendors are not permitted to ask neighboring businesses to access their electricity or restrooms. Generators are allowed as long as they do not create noise or fumes that would disturb other vendors / businesses.
4. Portable restrooms will be provided at both ends of the market.
5. SETUP TIME will begin at 5:00am, after the road closure. Do not setup before then. All cars must be removed from the market area by 8:45am. Event starts at 9:00am.
6. TEAR DOWN will begin at 4:00pm, and must be completely cleaned up by 6:00pm. Vendors must stay for the duration of the market unless other arrangements have been made. All trash must be cleared of your booth space.
7. Vendors are encouraged to park on side streets, near the Country Store, or in public parking away from the market.
8. Vendors are 100% responsible for collecting payment of goods. Payment methods are entirely at your discretion. If you only accept cash, please make that known with a sign.
9. Vendor assumes responsibility for damages incurred of products & goods within your booth while at the market. Vendor will provide a safe shopping experience. Children will be present, be mindful when staging breakable or fragile items.
10. If special permits or license is required to sell your specific goods, a copy will need to be provided to the organizer at time of application & deposit collection.
11. Food Vendors will need to provide applicable permits based on Snohomish County Health Department requirements.
12. HAVE FUN, tell your friends… it will take all of us to spread the word & make this a successful event! SPOTS WILL FILL FAST…. They will only be reserved by signing this aggreement & submitting the NON-REFUNDABLE Vendor Fee.!
13. Please be respectful of other vendors & shoppers. We kindly request that smoking is prohibited in booth space. Please walk to the outskirts of the shopping area to smoke.
