If you are unsure if your dancer will make it onto a team in a certain style, we recommend auditioning for multiple and then setting your max number for the most routines you are open to competing in.

EXAMPLE: if your dancer is only able to compete in 2 routines this season but you aren't sure if they will make it in tap as they are still new to the style, select tap, jazz, and hip-hop on your application then simply put "two as your max number of routines for this season. Your dancer will then be cast into the 2 routine styles in which they are the strongest at auditions

By signing below, I grant ASI Dance Elite permission to charge my account the `Team Placement` Fee ($35) upon submitting this form.

By signing below, I grant ASI Dance Elite permission to charge my account the `Season 6 Kickoff Bundle` ($600 for strive team or $300 for aspire team) in April once Team Placements have been announced, and grant ASI Dance Elite permission to charge my account 10 monthly payments starting September 1st based on the selections above, the results from Team Placement, and the amount listed in this contract.

By signing below I also acknowledge I have read and understand the Competition Handbook and Cost Guide for this season, which outlines the time and cost commitments expected from my dancer and my family.
