Please Note: Your appointment in the salon will begin with a 15-minute consultation to go over your service.
Generally, I will respond within 2–4 hours after you submit the form. If I take longer, please send me a text at 504-205-7306 letting me know you’ve requested an appointment. Due to human error, I may occasionally overlook or forget to respond.
I understand that life happens and we don’t have control over everything. However, please keep in mind that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of the time and preparation involved, No-Call N-show policy is strictly enforced to ensure appointments run smoothly for all the guests.
Please give me advance notice if unforeseen circumstances arise. I will do my best to move clients around when possible or reschedule for another day.
No-call/no-shows are non-refundable and will require payment upfront for future bookings or may result in being unable to book again.
Appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time are non-refundable.
Clients with unforeseen emergencies may rebook without losing their deposit (proof may be required).
