    Teen Camp: June 27-30 for 5-12 grades (school grade 2025-2026)

    Kid Camp: June 30-July 03 for 1-4 grades (school grade 2025-2026)

      

    Payment:

    Teen Camp: $90

    Kid Camp: $90

    Whole Week: $180

    The cost for workers is what Camp Crossway charges us. Talk to your church's camp director if you are to pay at the end of this form or if they will be paying for you.

Furthermore, I agree to release the Kansas State Association of Free Will Baptist and the Kansas State Association of Free Will Baptist Christian Education Board and its workers and I will hold them harmless from any liability which may arise from accidents or incidents involving myself, to the extent allowed by the law. I authorize attending adults or physician to administer emergency medical care to myself should the need arise.
