    Welcome to the 2026 Athens Drive Marching Band season! We're excited to have you with us. Please take a few minutes to complete this registration as thoroughly and accurately as possible. If you are registering for our band program for the first time, this form may take up to 20 minutes.

    Before you begin, please have these items ready:

    • My Music Office Username (returning members only). Visit www.mymusicoffice.com to review or update your family information, view statements, and make payments.  
    • Insurance Card (photo upload required)
    • Information required for WCPSS Forms 
      • Parental Consent and Student Medical Information (permission for band camp and field trips/competitions, can be filled digitally during registration)
      • Privacy Release (regarding photos and videos and external media permissions, can be filled digitally during registration)


    These additional forms are required by June 15th, and require physician signatures:

    • Contract (printed and signed)
    • WCPSS High School Athletic Participation (required for all new marching band students and existing students with recent health changes, requires physician signatures)
    • WCPSS Parent Request & Physician's Order for Medication (required yearly for students needing prescription medication during band camp or field trips/competitions, requires physician signatures)

    Athens Drive Band Boosters follows the photo permissions submitted through your student’s official WCPSS forms for social media and public use. Please update your WCPSS form if you wish to change those permissions. The band also maintains an online photo archive of performances and events, with photos taken by parent volunteers. Images are not labeled with student names and are not searchable on public search engines. Because the archive documents full ensemble activities, individual exclusions are not typically possible.

    Band members are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and events. Please review the full season schedule. If a conflict arises, families must notify the directors in writing as soon as possible. Significant pre-existing conflicts should be discussed with the directors prior to registration. Review the band handbook for detailed policies and procedures. Students are expected to be ready to begin rehearsals at the scheduled start time (which may require arriving a few minutes early to prepare equipment). While we make every effort to start and end on time, students may need a few minutes after rehearsal to properly store instruments, props, and equipment. It is expected that every student helps with putting away ALL items needed for rehearsals.

    Marching Band Fair Share Information

    Participation in the Athens Drive Marching Band program includes a Fair Share contribution of $1,150 for the 2026 season. A $200 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of registration and is applied toward the total Fair Share.

    Additional details about Fair Share, including what it supports, are available on our website. 

    The two standard fee schedules are:

    • Pay in Full (preferred)
      $200 registration fee due by June 1
      $950 remaining fair share due by July 20

    • Standard Payment Plan
      $200 registration fee due by June 1
      $500 preseason payment due by July 20
      $90 monthly due Aug 31, Sept 30, Oct 31, Nov 30, Dec 31

    Additional siblings receive a 20% discount.

    Alternate payment plans and a limited number of needs-based fee reductions are available for families who may require financial assistance.

    Registration is not complete until we receive the $200 non-refundable registration fee ($160 for additional siblings) which must be paid through Zeffy. If your student has outstanding fees, your registration will not be complete until you have paid these fees or made alternative arrangements with the treasurers (treasurer@athensdriveband.com).

    The next screen contains our Zeffy payment form - do not leave or reload the page until your payment is complete. This form allows you to pay your registration fee, pay in full, pay outstanding fees, and/or make a donation to our Participation Support Fund to help other students participate in our band program.
