Session Terms and Conditions
By proceeding with the booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Parental/Guardian Supervision and Responsibility:
I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child/children attending the session. I agree to remain present with the child/children at all times during the photo session and accept full responsibility for their supervision, safety, and well-being throughout the duration of the session.
- Session Fee:
I acknowledge that the session fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Re Scheduling Policy:
I understand that rescheduling is not permitted for this mini session. I confirm that I have carefully reviewed and selected the correct date and time prior to completing payment.
- Product Purchase Policy:
I understand that any portraits purchased from Pose Portraits are final sale. All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for alternative products or portraits.
- Complimentary Photo Gift:
This mini session includes one (1) complimentary 6x4 photo print, selected at the sole discretion of your photographer. The print will only be processed and dispatched once the client has:
Viewed their online gallery & confirmed their correct postal address via email.
Pose Portraits accepts no responsibility for prints not received due to incorrect postal details provided by the client.
- Image Storage & Purchase Deadline:
Due to storage limitations, Pose Portraits does not retain client images indefinitely. All images will remain available for viewing and purchase only for the period specified in the gallery viewing email.
