Participation Agreement

By attending a Roam Loud Outdoors meetup, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a walking, hiking, or running activity.

I understand that outdoor movement carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, uneven terrain, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, physical exertion, and other unforeseen circumstances.

I agree to participate at my own pace and assume full responsibility for my personal health, safety, and belongings.

If I choose to bring a dog, I understand that my dog must remain leashed at all times. I am solely responsible for my dog’s behavior and any injury, damage, or disruption caused by my dog. Roam Loud and its City Leaders are not responsible for incidents involving dogs.

I understand that photos or videos may be captured during the event. By participating, I grant Roam Loud permission to use images or video in which I may appear for marketing, promotional, and community storytelling purposes. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will inform the Leader before the event begins.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release Roam Loud®, its owner, City Leaders, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Roam Loud and/or the City Leader to seek medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
