Athlent Sports Group – NIL Representation Agreement

SECTION 1 – Appointment Athlete appoints Athlent Sports Group (“Agent”) as their exclusive NIL marketing and brand representative for the purpose of identifying, negotiating, and securing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities including endorsements, sponsorships, appearances, camps, digital promotions, and merchandise collaborations.

SECTION 2 – Term This Agreement begins on the date signed and continues for twelve (12) months unless terminated earlier by either party with thirty (30) days written notice.

SECTION 3 – Agent Responsibilities Agent agrees to: • Seek and negotiate NIL opportunities • Provide brand development guidance • Assist with contract review and execution • Operate in compliance with applicable NCAA, conference, state, and institutional NIL regulations

SECTION 4 – Athlete Responsibilities Athlete agrees to: • Act in good faith cooperation • Disclose all NIL opportunities received directly • Not sign NIL agreements without notifying Agent • Comply with all school, conference, and state NIL rules

SECTION 5 – Compensation Agent shall receive fifteen percent (15%) of the gross compensation received by Athlete from any NIL agreement negotiated, secured, or materially facilitated by Agent during the term of this Agreement. Commission shall be paid within five (5) business days of Athlete receiving compensation. Agent is not entitled to compensation for NIL deals independently secured by Athlete without Agent involvement.

SECTION 6 – Non-Circumvention Athlete agrees not to circumvent Agent by entering into agreements with brands introduced by Agent without Agent’s participation during the term of this Agreement.

SECTION 7 – No Professional RepresentationAgent does not represent Athlete in professional sports contract negotiations and is not acting as a certified professional sports agent.

SECTION 8 – Independent Contractor Agent acts as an independent contractor and not as an attorney, financial advisor, or employee of Athlete.

SECTION 9 – Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles.
