We are deeply honored that you feel called to join us for the Elemental Attunement Retreat. This retreat is an intentionally curated ceremonial container devoted to healing, empowerment, remembrance, and authentic connection. By choosing to join us, you are entering a sacred space we will co-create together. This agreement allows us all to have clarity around our sacred time together so that all who gather feel safe, informed, and held. By registering for the Elemental Attunement Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This retreat is designed as a cohesive journey from opening circle through closing integration. To honor the energetic arc of our time together, we ask all participants to:

• Arrive at designated check-in time
• Remain present for the full duration of the retreat
• Depart at scheduled checkout

We understand that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, because this is a carefully curated container and accommodations and resources are secured in advance, no refunds or credits will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the retreat. Your full presence supports not only your own experience, but the integrity of the circle as a whole.

This retreat may include experiences such as:

• Elemental Attunements
• Breathwork
• Nature Walks
• Fire Ceremony
• Sound Healing
• Movement and ritual practices

You understand that participation in these activities involves inherent physical, emotional, and environmental risks. By attending, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. You affirm that you are in suitable health to participate and will communicate any relevant medical, physical, or psychological conditions to the facilitators prior to engaging in activities. You are always empowered to modify, pause, or decline participation in any activity.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, you agree to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Washington - to release, waive, and hold harmless Sacred Sisters Retreat Center, Mama Fish Botanicals, A Touch of Meraki, organizers, venue hosts, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Physical injury
• Emotional distress
• Illness
• Property damage or loss
• Travel related incidents

Under Washington State law, liability waivers are generally enforceable when they clearly communicate the intent to release ordinary negligence. By signing, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept these terms.

You agree to:

• Follow facilitator guidance and safety instructions
• Act in alignment with your own physical, emotional and energetic capacity
• Immediately communicate any concerns or discomfort
• Take full responsibility for your choices and needs during the retreat

We are committed to cultivating a safe, respectful, and heart-centered environment. By attending, you agree to:

Honor the dignity, personal and group boundaries, identities, and experiences of all participants.

To preserve the clarity and integrity of our ceremonial space, this retreat is held as an alcohol-free container. We ask all participants to refrain from the use of alcohol and non-prescribed drugs for the duration of the retreat. Our intention is to support each person in being a clear, grounded, and present channel for the healing and empowerment work we will be engaging in together. Arriving with clarity allows the nervous system to regulate naturally and ensures the safety, coherence, and sacredness of the group field. If you are currently taking prescribed medication, please continue as directed by your healthcare provider and inform us confidentially of anything relevant to your participation. If a participant arrives under the influence or uses substances during the retreat, facilitators reserve the right to ask them to leave in order to protect the integrity of the container. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
