  • Automated AV Monitoring Service (AVSPs)

Continuous, independent and certified ongoing monitoring of the effective deployment of age assurance solutions by merchants and relying parties.
  • Age Assurance Monitoring – AVSP API Connection Application

Connection Partner Information, Certification Status and API Protocols
  • The AVID global monitoring service enables organisations that have individual sellers or merchants (like payment service providers, online marketplaces and digital commerce) to validate that age verification systems are implemented and continuously in use for their merchants.

The system is simple. The networks provide the domains for any merchants that are required to complete age verification checks and which certified age assurance provider they claim they are using (multiple choice is an option). We then automatically check that the merchants are continually doing that with their chosen provider.

Participation is free for ISO/IEC 27566-1 certified Age Assurance Service Providers (or those currently seeking certification).

The system performs randomized Boolean API checks only. No personal data. No transaction data. No traffic data.

Participation is part of your certification agreement, but it also provides you with compliance assurity, revenue protection, client retention enhancement and inbound merchant opportunities. In addition, it is part of a global network to enable highly effective age assurance for age restricted goods, content, services, venues and spaces.

This is the system used by the world's leading payment networks, online marketplaces and merchant network providers.

This service is provided for the Age Check Certification Scheme by AVID Monitoring Service Corp. - a C-Corp in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
