TCP Country Fest 2027 – Trader Application - Saturday 10 July 2027 Newton Abbot Rugby Club Festival hours: 2pm–11pm
Before you apply 🤠We want our traders to have a fantastic day with us, but Country Fest is a full-day event and we want to make sure you know what you're signing up for before submitting an application.
A few things before we get started 🤠- We're so excited to start building our 2027 trader line-up! Before you tell us all about your business, we just want to make sure Country Fest sounds like the right fit for you.
I'm in for the whole day!I understand that Country Fest runs until 11pm and, if accepted, I'll be committing to trade for the full event.
I'll be ready before the gates open.I understand I'll need to arrive earlier in the day to get set up and ready to welcome festival-goers. Final arrival times will be confirmed nearer the event.
My wheels are staying put! 🚗I understand that once the festival is open, vehicles cannot move around the event site. At the end of the night, I'll wait for the event team to give the go-ahead before moving my vehicle.
If I have an amazing day and sell out, I'll still stick around! 🙌Selling out is obviously a very good problem to have, but I understand that stalls can't be packed down early while the festival is still open.
I know this is an application, not a confirmed booking.The Country Fest team reviews applications to create a great mix of traders and avoid too much duplication.
If I'm successful, I'll get all the important bits next.Successful applicants will receive a full Trader Information Pack, confirmed pitch fee and payment details. My pitch will then be secured once the required booking payment has been made.

Up to 3m frontage - £75
Over 3m and up to 6m frontage - £95

Desserts, Confectionery & Light Refreshments - £175

Charities & Community Organisations - A £25 refundable attendance deposit will apply to secure your space if your application is successful.

How booking works
This form is your application to join our 2027 trader line-up. Once applications have been reviewed, successful traders will receive their confirmed pitch category and fee, full Trader Information Pack and payment details.Your space will only become confirmed once the required booking payment has been received.
