DEP2026: Parking and/or On-Campus Accommodations

Select whether you are ordering parking, on-site lodging, or both. Select the duration of June 23-26 (4 days, 3 nights) or June 24-26 (3 days, 2 nights). If you need alternative parking or lodging accommodations beyond these dates, refer to dep2026.org for other options.

Parking is $6 per day. Double room 2 nights: $150. Double room 3 nights: $200. Single room 2 nights: $200. Single room 3 nights: $250.

Parking is $6 per day. Your parking pass will be good for the "yellow lot" near Kurz Hall and the "green lot" off of Brook Street which is closer to the venue (Bigelow Hall). Refer to the DEP2026 Google Map link on dep2026.org for where these lots are located. Important: You will pick up your parking pass from Stuart Williams at the Tuesday-evening social event OR at conference sign in. You will need to place the pass on your vehicle dashboard to avoid being ticketed or towed.

On-campus housing will be at Kurz Hall. You have the option of a single room or a double room. Descriptions of Kurz Hall and its room are on dep2026.org. Linens are provided. If you select a "double room", you will be roomed with someone of the same gender. If you request a roommate, include their name in the Comments box. Both requests need to mutually list each other's name to be paired. If you identify as non‑binary / another gender identity and want a double room, contact the conference organizer directly (stuart.williams@louisville.edu) to discuss accommodation options at Kurz Hall.
