PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The participant will receive soccer training sessions conducted under the BARÅ SOCCER CLUB brand. Sessions occur on weekends at designated locations. Training includes drills, skill development, and game play activities. Note: The company may assign licensed coaches to conduct sessions if required by local regulations.

LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By signing below, the Parent/ Guardian acknowledges: Participation involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. THE BARÅ GROUP LLC, its managers, employees, and volunteers are not liable for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence. Parent / Guardian assumes all risk of injury to the participant.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION: Parent/ Guardian authorizes emergency medical treatment if necessary during training. Parent/ Guardian will provide all relevant medical information (allergies, medications, conditions)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Any training, materials, videos, or instructional content provided during sessions, remain the sole property of THE BARÅ GROUP LLC. Participant and Parent/ Guardian may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes.

CODE OF CONDUCT: Participants must follow instructions from coaches and staff. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in temporary or permanent removal from sessions.

PAYMENT FEE: The payment fee of $10 per session will be charged to the parent/guardian of the participant after the complimentary 6 weeks of evalutaion following the yearly subscription value of $100. Upon approval, tuition instructions will be sent to provide payment method: Bank transfer to THE BARÅ GROUP LLC or via approved platform (Zelle, Stripe, etc.) Payment is due prior to participation. No refunds unless a session is canceled by the Company.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE: Parent/ Guardian Grace, permission for photographs, or videos of the participant to be used for promotional or educational purposes by THE BARÅ GROUP LLC. No compensation is provided for social media.

TERMINATION: The company may terminate participation if the participant or parent violates rules, endanger, safety, or fails to comply with payment terms.

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
