    Vendor Application Process – To apply as a vendor, please complete the online application below. All applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure a well-balanced and high-quality marketplace. Once your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice with payment options (check or online payment). Payment must be received within 14 days of invoicing to secure your vendor spot and booth location. Booth space is not guaranteed until payment has been received.   • Booth fees for the Maine Harvest Festival will be piped and draped and include one 8-foot table, two chairs, and access to 120v/15amp duplex electricity to power standard equipment during the event. A table covering for the provided table is available upon request, and additional tables, chairs, and table coverings may be rented for an added fee.

    Vendors are welcome to fully utilize their assigned space and may bring additional tables, shelving, display cases, and other display materials as needed to create an engaging and professional setup. If your display requires higher voltage or additional electrical access, please let us know in advance, as expanded electrical service is available for an additional cost.
