This event is taking place on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 from 4pm - 7pm at 11 participating Culver's locations in Waukesha County and surrounding areas. All volunteers must be 18 years or older. There are two volunteer roles available for each location.

Volunteer Roles

⭐Location Captains (2 per location)

Captains should be individuals who:

Understand and can confidently share PfP’s mission

Welcome and thank guests

Serve as the main PfP representative onsite

Ensure volunteers are present for their scheduled shifts

Help maintain organization and communication with Culver’s management

Captains will plan to serve the full event time (4:00–7:00 PM) and arrive a 15 minutes early.

🍽️ Food Runners

Food runners will:

Deliver food to tables and drive-thru guests as directed by Culver’s staff

Help wipe down tables and keep dining areas tidy

Represent PfP in a friendly and professional manner

Food Runners will serve a 1.5-hour shift. You can choose to serve the full event time.

💛 What Matters Most

We want every guest to feel welcomed and every Culver’s manager to want us back next year. This is a public-facing event and an important moment for PfP in the community.
