  • Requirement: Vendor Insurance Requirement for Juneteenth in Monmouth Night Market to ensure the safety and protection of all attendees, vendors, and community partners, all participating vendors are required to carry a minimum of $1 million in liability insurance coverage. Your policy must list the following as additionally insured:Additionally Insured Entity: Juneteenth in Monmouth at Main Street Park Location: Main Street Park, 120 Main St. E, Monmouth, OR 97361 Please ensure your coverage is current and that a copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI) is emailed to Culturalharvestcollective@gmail.com prior to the event. This is a mandatory requirement for participation and helps us keep the event safe and compliant for everyone involved.*
  • Food Vendor Requirements: Licensing & Compliance All food vendors must: Have proper licenses and food handler’s cards. Meet all local/state regulations. Temporary Restaurant LicenseAll food vendors must apply for a temporary restaurant license (if required through OHA requirements as a food vendor) for each event in POLK county BEFORE June 1st.*
