  • Welcome to the Registration Form for Canada Model United Nations (CANMUN) 2026!  

    Please complete all the required fields in the form, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.

    Delegation Delegates: 

    * Please input your delegation as we will check with your head delegate to confirm the information once they have indicated all members of their delegation has completed the registration processes.

    Independent Delegates:

    * Please indicate you are an independent delegate. 

     

    Please read the following information before registering:

    * Each delegate must individually fill out this registration form for themselves only. 

    * Emergency contact: All delegates must put 1 emergency contact that isn't their faculty advisor. This must be a legal guardian (18+) that we can reach in case of an emergency.

    * Switching status: If after submitting the Registration Form, you want to change your status and join your school delegation, please send an email to delegateaffairscanmun@gmail.com with the subject of the Email being: Add to Delegation: "Delegation Name" and provide your full name in the email. 

    ALL information provided by you in this form is private and kept by strict confidentiality clauses.

    Select 3 committees that you would like to participate in alongside your preferred countries. Please feel free to utilize the CANMUN Committee Matrix located on the committees page. UPDATE: we will be assigning countries/characters based on our availability. No character preference required.

    Canada Model United Nations 2026 has a Delegate Fee of 125.00 CAD. By registering for CANMUN 2026, you agree to pay this fee by March 2nd, 2026. If your delegation is paying together, the total invoice will be sent to the delegation contact. If you are paying individually, an invoice will be sent to your email.
