Please review the following policies before submitting your order: Processing Time Standard production time for all custom party favors is 3–4 weeks from the date of deposit/payment and completed order form submission. Orders needed within 2 weeks or less will incur a Rush Order Fee, subject to availability.
All custom orders must be submitted through our official Custom Order Form. Production will not begin until the form is completed and the required deposit and/or payment is received.
Design proofs will be sent within 3 business days of receiving your completed order details. Clients are required to review and approve proofs promptly. If no response is received within 48 hours of proof delivery, the design will automatically be approved and processed as-is. Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for errors (including spelling, dates, or details) once proofs are approved or auto-approved.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. No cancellations or refunds will be issued once production has begun. By submitting this custom order form and/or payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
