Gallery display panels will be awarded in accordance with number of artists and available space. Please only request the amount of panels you are actually able to fill! A realistic estimate on your part will allow us to offer space to more artists. Each panel will be approximately 60" tall and 12" wide. You can request up to 3 panels.
For work more than 36" wide, please denote below in the "special accomodations" section. There will additionally be a "small works" section available that is approximately 30" x 12" wide if you would prefer to submit smaller work. Given the nature of the space, our staff at Nevermore may adjust and move works around to best fit and to showcase as much furry talent in the space as we can!
There is no required medium for the work. Originals are preferred. Prints are allowed in the gallery, though it is highly recommended that they be hand-embellished or limited in some way.
There is no theme for the show this year, though work that leans more traditionally "furry" (i.e. animals, anthropomorphised or not, cute critters, etc.) would be preferable to subject matter that is entirely human. Furry Tattoo Weekend has a pirate theme this year; it is not required for your work to reflect this!
Be aware that the gallery window does face the street and will have sunlight. Use of archival quality materials is highly encouraged, and Furry Tattoo Weekend and Nevermore do not take responsibility to any damage from the work resulting from hanging in a gallery space.
If you would like, you can include a layout of how you would like your work to be hung in the space, otherwise our staff will set up the space as deemed appropriate.
Limited free-standing or sculptural work (including plush, fursuits, etc.) will be accepted on a table in the center. We will also have a NSFW room available for hanging NSFW work.
All work should be brought to Nevermore directly by August 23rd, 2026 and should be matted, framed, or otherwise gallery-ready for hanging. This includes hardware such as sawtooth hangers and wire. We have nails, hooks, etc. and you will not need to provide these. Glass frames are permitted.
If you are unable to bring the work in person, it should be mailed for arrival no later than August 23rd. It is highly encouraged to purchase tracking and insurance on your work; we will send you an address to mail to if you choose to mail in your work. (DO NOT MAIL DIRECTLY TO NEVERMORE'S LISTED ADDRESS.) Any unsold work can be mailed back to you. Nevermore is not responsible for any items lost in the mail system.
Nevermore can facilitate sales. All art sold in the Gallery will be a flat price (no auction option available, sorry!) and Nevermore will take a 30% commission fee. Account for this when pricing your work! If none of your work is available for sale, there will be a $10 hanging/display fee.
