    Once you submit your report through this channel, your submission is received by CEO of BMY Health (both CEO BMY Health Pakistan, Dr. Misbah Jahangir as well as BMY Health Canada, Dr. Bushra Anwar) by default. If your report is relevant to either of them, you can change email recipient in a later question in this form. After receipt, your concern is assessed by a team for severity and need for immediate protective measures. Any member with a conflict of interest is recused from the report review. Relevant parties may be contacted, and documentation reviewed. Actions may include mediation, reassignment, corrective measures, or formal disciplinary steps depending on findings.
