24-Hour Requirement
As an executive chauffeur service operating under exempt licensing conditions, all bookings must be confirmed in writing and be in place at least 24 hours prior to travel.

Short-Notice Requests
We are unable to confirm or undertake bookings within the final 24 hours before departure.

Once price and availability are provided, we kindly ask that you confirm promptly. This helps ensure your booking can be secured within the required timeframe.

Final Confirmation
Your journey is only confirmed once you receive a “Booking is Confirmed” email from our team. All bookings remain subject to availability.
