Please carefully read the General Camp Rules below. By agreeing, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in the waiver.
GENERAL CAMP RULES:
• Participants must be in attendance and on time for the scheduled camp day, Monday-Thursday, 10 AM-1 PM.
• Parents and spectators are welcome to sit and watch camp from a distance. We want all our camps to attend so they can fully grasp the material offered. If a parent or spectator becomes a distraction, they will be asked to leave the area, or their child may be dismissed from the camp and not return for any other week.
• Attendees are required to always wear their camp attire: ECD T-Shirt, shorts, capris, or leggings, light sneakers, NO SANDELS, SLIDERS, OPEN TOED SHOES. If worn, they will not be able to participate. Hair is to be pulled back out of the face in one ponytail with no hair out.
• ECD is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Valuables should be left at home.
• Attendees may bring their cell phone; however, it needs to be kept inside a bag until the end of practice.
• If an emergency occurs, our staff will call 911 or the parent or guardian on file.
• An Authorized Adult must accompany any minor who leaves camp for any reason. The Authorized Adult should
contact a EDC at the number above prior to an athlete leaving camp for any reason.
• Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
o Foul language, disrespecting staff or Coaches, Bullying, initiations, or hazing of any kind.
o Smoking, vaping, and/or the use or possession of alcohol and/or other illegal substances, including hemp
and THC.
o NO Crossing personal, physical, and other boundaries in a way that could reasonably be seen as harmful to
others' mental, emotional, or physical well-being.
o Cheering, chanting, stunting, tumbling, or dancing in areas not specifically designated for instructional purposes
classes and practice.
o NO Jewelry of any kind during class at cheer camps.o Running, horseplay.
• EDC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive or abusive behavior toward all camp attendees,
employees of the venue, and EDC staff. Such behavior may result in the discontinuation of services/camp.
