GROWTH 2026 Conference Scooter Rental

Mobility Device Rental Information

Scooters will be available for pick-up beginning at 4:00 p.m. on July 23, 2026, and must be returned to the staging area no later than 8:00 a.m. on July 30, 2026.

Availability is limited, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your device early.

Please review the following policies before completing your reservation:

Late Return Fee: Devices returned after the 8:00 a.m. deadline on July 30 will be charged a $100 late fee.
Key Replacement Fee: If a replacement key is needed at any point during your rental period, a $50 fee will be charged.
No Refunds: All rental fees are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed.

Liability Waiver for Scooter Rentals
Agreement between the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International organization (Party B) and the Renter (Party A):

1. Purpose and Assumption of Risk
Party A acknowledges that they are voluntarily renting a scooter from Party B. Party A assumes all risks associated with scooter use, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage.

2. Release of Liability
Party A hereby releases Party B, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any liability arising from scooter rental, use, or maintenance. Party A agrees not to hold Party B responsible for any harm or injury incurred during scooter use.

3. Safety Guidelines: Party A agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Party B.

4. Signature
By signing below, Party A acknowledges that they have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily accept its terms.
