  • I understand that SeniorHelpDesk will do everything possible to protect my data and devices. However, I acknowledge that repairs, updates, or hardware issues can sometimes lead to data loss or unexpected problems. I agree that I am responsible for backing up my important files before service. If I need help backing up my data, I can request it during the appointment. I understand that SeniorHelpDesk is not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or issues caused by pre-existing conditions, age of equipment, or manufacturer defects. I give permission for SeniorHelpDesk to work on my computer, phone, tablet, TV, Wi-Fi, smart home devices, or home equipment as needed to complete the requested service. For minor home repairs: I understand that these services are limited to light, non-structural tasks (such as furniture assembly, picture hanging, cable management, etc.). I understand that payment is due at the end of the appointment unless other arrangements are made. I release SeniorHelpDesk and its owner from all liability for any unintentional damage that may occur during normal troubleshooting or repair procedures, including damage to electronic devices, data, or physical items such as floors, walls, or furniture.
