We’re excited to introduce an in-person gathering for our Spring Bayan Book Club Series. Join us at Mantra Sukha — a cozy tea lounge and let's chat all things arts, wellness and books! The Artist’s Way encourages readers to go on “Artist Dates,” and this will be our communal art date — a space to gather, sip tea, create, and share reflections on the first few chapters of the book.

The tea lounge is about a 4-minute walk from the station.

Join our Bayan Book Club!

In this series, we host a community discussion via YouTube (replays), highlighting different chapters of our #BookClubPick. Our goal is to choose books that promote soulcare and align with the work we do. These discussions are an opportunity to share reflections and work through the book together in community.

For the 3rd season, we’re featuring The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron — a powerful guide to unlocking creativity and nurturing your inner artist. This book is designed as a 12-week guided program. Each week focuses on a specific theme (like recovering a sense of safety, identity, power, possibility, etc.) and includes: a chapter to read, weekly exercises, check-ins, morning pages and artist dates!

This time around, we’ll be sharing the replays so you can move through the experience at your own pace. Tune in however you like — watch each episode like your favorite TV show or press play and listen like a podcast while you’re on the go.
