NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit/Payment terms: The buyer will forfeit their deposit/payment if they-- Fail to contact the seller within 21 days after deposit has been placed. Fail to pickup the Canine on the agreed upon pickup date. -- Fail to schedule a pickup date within 14 days of placing deposit/payment. In the situation where something happens to the buyers Dog in the sellers care that prevents the Canine from being able to be purchased then the deposit/payment will be returned.*

LIMITED WARRANTY – ADULT DOG (NOT BRED OR WHELPED BY SELLER)(a) Ownership Seller represents that Seller is the true and lawful owner of the Dog and has full legal right and authority to transfer ownership of the Dog to Buyer.(b) Clear Title The Dog is being sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, charge, or other encumbrance to the best of Seller’s knowledge.(c) Breed & Registration If applicable, Seller represents that the Dog is represented as a purebred dog based on registration paperwork provided by the prior breeder/registry. Seller did not personally breed or whelp this Dog and therefore makes no independent guarantee regarding pedigree, lineage, size, color, coat quality, breeding ability, fertility, or show quality. Buyer agrees to rely on their own evaluation and research regarding the breed and the individual Dog.(d) Transport If Buyer elects to use a third-party transport service, Seller shall not be responsible for illness, injury, stress-related conditions, communicable disease exposure, or death occurring during transport. All risk transfers to Buyer at the time the Dog leaves Seller’s possession.(e) Veterinary Examination – Limited Health Provision Buyer agrees to have the Dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within five (5) business days of transfer of possession. If the examining veterinarian determines that the Dog has a serious life-threatening condition that rendered the Dog medically unfit for sale at the time of transfer (and not due to stress, injury, transport, or environmental change), Buyer must: Notify Seller within 24 hours of the examination Provide a written veterinary report clearly identifying the Dog and diagnosis Have the report sent directly from the veterinarian to Seller Buyer’s sole remedy under this provision shall be return of the Dog to Seller for a refund of the purchase price only. No replacement Dog is guaranteed. Failure to obtain a veterinary exam within five (5) business days voids this limited health provision. All veterinary expenses are the sole responsibility of Buyer.(f) No Genetic / Congenital Guarantee Because Seller did not breed or whelp this Dog and has no control over its early development, Seller makes NO guarantee, express or implied, regarding genetic, hereditary, congenital, structural, reproductive, temperament, longevity, or future health conditions. The Dog is sold AS IS, except as expressly stated in this agreement.(g) Death Within Initial Period In the unlikely event of death within five (7) business days of transfer, Buyer must notify Seller within 24 hours and provide a necropsy report from a licensed DVM stating cause of death. Report must be sent directly from veterinarian to Seller. Seller’s sole obligation, if any, shall be refund of purchase price upon receipt of sufficient veterinary documentation.(h) Lifetime Return Clause If Buyer is ever unable to keep the Dog, Buyer agrees to notify Seller first and give Seller the option to reclaim the Dog. Seller is under no obligation to refund purchase price or provide another Dog unless Seller elects to do so at Seller’s sole discretion.(i) Non-Transferable This agreement applies only to the original Buyer and is non-transferable.*

Bill of sale: Upon payment in full of the purchase price, the seller shall promptly take all actions required to officially transfer ownership and provide registration (if any) of the dog to the buyer. Transfer of ownership on this dog, unless noted and initialed by the seller, is a non-breeding status and buyer agrees if they breed the dog and produce a single litter of puppies they will forfeit all the puppies to the seller, pay a fine of $5000, and any attorneys/court fees; upon second occurrence ownership of the dog will revert back to the seller..*

Agreement Not to Disparage: The Buyer agrees not to make any statements, written or verbal, or cause or encourage others to make any statements that intentionally disparage, defame, or negatively affect the reputation, business practices, or owners of the Seller (Breeding Business).This includes, but is not limited to, any public communication made on the internet, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), online review sites (e.g., Google, Yelp), blogs, or public forums.Any violation of this Non-Disparagement Clause shall constitute a material breach of the overall Purchase Contract. In the event of a breach, the Seller shall be entitled to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to the recovery of monetary damages, court costs, and attorney's fees.*
