This year’s July 4th celebration is designed to prioritize vendor success. Rather than overcrowding the event, we are intentionally limiting vendor spaces to help increase per-booth sales and improve overall flow.
Vendor fees reflect the scale of the event, projected attendance, marketing investment, and infrastructure provided. Our goal is to create a well-curated marketplace where vendors can thrive, not compete in an oversaturated field.
We welcome anyone to apply. However, to match the spirit of the event we are encouraging the food section to traditional carnival and fair foods like BBQ, smoked meats, burgers, hot dogs, funnel cakes, kettle corn, lemonade, shaved ice, cotton candy, local cultural foods and other nostalgic favorites. Alcohol is prohibited.
Priority will be given to Forest Grove businesses first, followed by neighboring communities.
We appreciate your understanding and your role in helping make this celebration memorable for the community.
