    Summer Internship Application!

    Who we are

Splash Foundation is a charitable organisation creating opportunities for kids and adults from disadvantaged communities to experience the transformative impact of learning to swim. By 2030, we aim to teach 25,000 people! We work with migrant domestic workers, children and parents from low-income families, and children with special educational needs (SEN). Everything we do is guided by our core values: Welcoming, Heart, and Effective.

    • Welcoming - We are friendly, inclusive and open to all
    • Heart - We are passionate about swimming and committed to helping people succeed
    • Effective - We are thoughtful in our approach and deliver results

    The Splash Internship Programme

We are looking for energized, responsible students to support our summer intensive Splash Camps for kids ages 8+. This is a dynamic role where you will gain practical, hands-on experience working alongside professional swim teachers. You will learn how to teach swimming to youth (including those with SEN) and provide vital on-deck administrative support.

This internship requires maturity, responsibility, and a genuine interest in the learning process.

    • Age & Right to Work: Open to senior secondary students and students currently pursuing higher education who hold the right to work in Hong Kong (minimum age of 15).
    • Skills: You must be a strong swimmer, confident working with both kids and adults, and possess great communication skills. Good spoken English is required; Cantonese is highly advantageous.
    • Clearances: Successful candidates are required to complete a Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC). We also highly encourage having a personal bank account set up prior to starting.

It also includes a water activity such as outings to the beach, snorkeling and water park. Locations are mostly in Kowloon and the New Territories.
