  • Brow Lamination Aftercare

  • Brows must be kept dry for 24 hours. Avoid makeup, oils, skincare, sweating, steam, swimming, and saunas for 24 hours. Exfoliation, retinol, acids, and facial treatments must be avoided on the brow area for 48–72 hours. Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the brow area. Daily brushing and use of recommended nourishing oils is advised.

  • Lash Lift Aftercare

  • Lashes must be kept dry for 24 hours. Avoid steam, sweating, swimming, hot showers, and eye makeup for 24 hours. Rubbing eyes, sleeping face-down the first night, lash curlers, and waterproof mascara are not recommended. Daily brushing and use of a conditioning serum is advised

  • Acknowledgement

  • Mild redness or sensitivity may occur and is considered normal. Results and longevity vary based on hair type and adherence to aftercare. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and longevity.

  • Photo Release Authorization

  • I give permission to ibrows by Lucy to photograph and/or record me during my appointment and to use these images or videos for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and advertising.

    I understand I will not receive compensation, and the images may be edited. I release ibrows by Lucy from any claims related to the use of these materials.

  • Appointment Policy

  • Appointments are by booking only.

    A deposit may be required to secure your appointment (if applicable).

    Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of 10–15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

    Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

  • Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.

    Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

    Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • No-Show Policy

  • A no-show is defined as not arriving to your appointment and not providing notice.

    No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service in order to reschedule and will NOT go towards your new appointment.

    New clients that do not show up will be blocked from making future appointments. Existing customers will receive one warning before they are banned.

  • For safety and timing, no extra guests are allowed unless approved.

  • Service & Results Policy

  • Results vary based on skin type, hair type, and aftercare.

    No refunds on services performed.

  • Consent

  • I understand this service may include brow lamination (brow lift), tint, and/or waxing, and that results vary based on my natural brow hair, skin type, and previous treatments. I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications (including retinoids or acne treatments), and recent cosmetic services. I understand this service is not recommended for extremely sensitive skin, open wounds, sunburn, eczema, psoriasis, or recent chemical peels. I acknowledge that temporary redness, irritation, or sensitivity may occur during or after the service. I understand brow lamination uses chemical solutions and results are temporary (approximately 4–6 weeks with proper aftercare). I understand tint results vary by skin type and may temporarily stain the skin, and waxing may cause redness, irritation, or sensitivity with varying hair removal results. I agree to follow all aftercare instructions and understand improper aftercare may affect results and longevity. I understand results cannot be guaranteed, the service cannot be reversed once started, and refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to individual hair or skin response. I consent to before and after photos being taken for educational or marketing purposes.
