By submitting this application, the applicant expressly acknowledges and agrees that Skool shall have the irrevocable right to retain, store, process, and use the applicant’s profile information and all submitted documents for purposes related to the research, development, implementation, improvement, and promotion of the Skoolar program and its associated concepts, without limitation as to time, and without any obligation of compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Bằng việc nộp đơn đăng ký này, người nộp đơn xác nhận và đồng ý rõ ràng rằng Skool có quyền không hủy ngang trong việc lưu giữ, lưu trữ, xử lý và sử dụng thông tin hồ sơ cá nhân và toàn bộ tài liệu được nộp cho các mục đích liên quan đến việc nghiên cứu, phát triển, triển khai, cải tiến và quảng bá chương trình Skoolar cùng các ý tưởng liên quan, không bị giới hạn về thời gian và không phát sinh bất kỳ nghĩa vụ bồi thường nào, trừ khi pháp luật hiện hành có quy định khác.
