Our event is curated to bring together our community to shop local!

Our Market will feature:

• Local to Alberta vendors

Event Detail Options:

ALL MARKETS RUN FRIDAYS 4-7PM FROM MAY 29TH- SEPT 25TH

Time: 4-7pm

Location: Leduc Grain Elevator📍

Vendor Fee Options:

1 Time Outdoor 10x10' booth: $55

4 weeks Outdoor 10x10' booth: $180 ($45 per week)

Season sign up (18 weeks): $700

Food truck Space: $55 per week

4 weeks $200

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN TENTS,TABLES & CHAIRS.

What does your fee pay for? Your fee goes towards licenses, insurance, permits, the space rental fee & admin fees.

Additional information:

• All accepted vendors will be contacted via email.

• If you did not receive an acceptance it may be due to too many of the same category applicants or spaces filled up.

What we require from you:

• An organized set up.

• Minimal social media advertising (posting to Facebook & Instagram) or providing us with pictures/ short clips of your products for our social media advertising prior to the market.

• Vendors are encouraged to carry their own vendor insurance for the event. You can find insurance via Duuo. https://duuo.ca/event-insurance/

Please include your: Proof of fire inspection & AHS food handling permit.

Cancellation Policy:

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. (regardless of weather, prepare for all elements)

You have the option to find another vend

or to replace your spot 2 weeks prior to the market if you cannot attend.
