To Mayor Daniel Lurie and Supervisor Alan Wong:
We, the voters of the D4 and other city districts, demand that you immediately use your authority to require a cleanup of the poisonous PCE plume that is centered around the 2500 block of Irving Street.
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control has failed to protect the current and future residents of this area from this cancer and Parkinson's causing toxin.
It is outrageous that our neighborhoods are being used to build housing without first removing the toxins from the soil they are built on.
We support neighborhood housing without compromising neighborhood health. Please mandate a full cleanup of the toxic contamination in Mid-Sunset soil.

做為第四區或和本市其他選區的選民，我們要求二位立即行使職權，勒令強制清理位於 2500 Irving周邊有毒 PCE 的污染羽流。
加州毒物控制局 (DTSC) 到目前為止未能保護現在與未來居民免於暴露在這種會導致癌症與巴金森氏症的毒性物質之下。
