IMPORTANT INFORMATION

With this form we are just collecting everyone's informations. Your transfer will be confirmed later on, when the accreditation has been issued, one week before the event:

If you are not in the accreditation list, you will be asked to pay your transfer to confirm it.
Transfers from Abu Dhabi and Dubai airport will be provided from March 25 to March 30.

The transfer costs will be communicated at a later stage. Payment will confirm your booking

This form and the possibility to book your transfer will close on March 11.
