  • CHOOSE BOOTH TYPE

  • 1. NO driving on the grass due to risk of sprinkler damage.

    2. Handicap parking is limited to 2hrs and for guest only.

    3. NO sale of live animals. NO sale of drinks of any kind by any vendor type! The Roswell Community Disaster Relief is the official drink vendor of the 2025 Roswell Community Yard Sale event.

    4. NO sale of food unless you carry a NM Food permit, pay the food vendor fee, and carry insurance. NOTE: (baked goods, salsas, jams & jellies, and fresh fruits & vegetable sales allowed with the purchase of any booth)

    5. ALL vendors are responsible for staying within their designated booth space, must keep their space clean.

    6. ALL tents, canopies, shades of any kind must be properly secured to the ground with a stake no longer than 10".

    7. No items can be left behind. Trash cans are NOT for left over yard sale items. If you have left ovr items they can be taken to the donation drop off area.

    8. ALL booths must be open by 8AM on opening day and all vehicles off the field.

    9. EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE! NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!

  • In consideration of being permitted to participate as a vendor at The Roswell Community Yard Sale (the "Event"), the undersigned Vendor agrees to the following:

    1.Assumption of Risk: The Vendor acknowledges and understands that participating in the Event involves potential risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and loss. The Vendor voluntarily assumes all such risks.

    2. Release of Liability: The Vendor, on behalf of itself, its employees, agents, representatives, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue The Roswell Community Disaster Relief, The Roswell Community Yard Sales, their organizers, sponsors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Vendor or its property while participating in the Event.

    3. Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Roswell Community Disaster Relief, The Roswell Community Yard Sales, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Vendor's participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims arising from the Vendor's products, services, or conduct.

    4. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: The Vendor agrees to comply with all Event rules, regulations, and guidelines, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Vendor acknowledges that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund or recourse.

    5.Property Damage: The Vendor acknowledges that it is responsible for any damage caused to the Event venue, its property, or the property of other vendors and attendees, arising out of or related to the Vendor's participation in the Event.

    Acknowledgment of Understanding

    I acknowledges that I have read this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement, fully understands its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and the unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
