In order to provide the best camp experience possible, please provide details below.
For CAMPERS: What is your riding experience?
For VOLUNTEERS/STAFF - please describe your experience working with kids, and with horses (the more detail, the better)
For Campers/Workers/Volunteers - Do you have any allergies, health considerations and/or physical, emotional, neuro, cognitive considerations that we should know about to support you through your camp experience?
This could include medications, etc. - please include any details that we should be aware of.
In order to attend Pony Club Summer Camps, the camper MUST be a member of the New Brunswick Equestrian Association. This can be purchased at www.nbea.ca. What is your camper's NBEA number?
NBEA membership provides members with liability insurance. This is REQUIRED to attend camp. Camp applications will NOT BE ACCEPTED without this.
When you purchase your NBEA membership, you'll also need to select the "Pony Club" add-on. This is what it looks like - there's a red button at the bottom of this page to add it to your purchase:
In order to participate in Pony Club Summer Camps, the camper MUST be a member of Pony Club. When you purchase your NBEA membership, there is an option to join "NB Region Pony Club". Have you purchased this?
This is REQUIRED to attend camp. Camp applications will NOT BE ACCEPTED without this.
Payment Information
In order to get your name on the camp list, you must send a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 to our Treasurer at FredPonyClub.Treasurer@outlook.com. You must include your child's FULL NAME and what you're paying for (Suzy Smith's Camp # 1 deposit).

This document will affect your legal rights and liabilities. Please read carefully.
I agree to provide and wear protective headgear, boots with a proper heel, and to be fully responsible to take all other actions to ensure that I am acting responsibly and safely. I will abide by all directions, and rules and regulations provided Fredericton Pony Club/Shadow Lane Farm, its owners, agents, employees, or volunteers. I will be fully responsible to Fredericton Pony Club/Shadow Lane Farm, its owners, agents, employees, or volunteers for all claims, actions, costs or damage which may occur to Fredericton Pony Club/Shadow Lane Farm, its owners, agents, employees or volunteers or to other participants at Fredericton Pony Club/Shadow Lane Farm as a result of my negligence or carelessness. I acknowledge that the sport of horses is a high-risk sport and that I am participating at my own risk and in full knowledge of the hazards and potential hazards, which are inherent in this sport. I further acknowledge the inherent risks in riding and working around horses, which include bodily injury to both horse and rider, which can result from normal use, competition or schooling.In consideration of being allowed to participate at and use the facilities of Fredericton Pony Club/Shadow Lane Farm, I hereby assume all risk and I hereby release and absolve Fredericton Pony Club/Shadow Lane Farm., its owners and employees from all responsibility, liability or claims of any nature arising from my participation in this activity, including but not limited to bodily injury or death to myself or my horse(s) and damage to property arising from any cause whatever, including negligence of one or more of the individuals and organization referred to herein. This includes all risks associated with communicable diseases, including Covid-19.Ihereby declare that in signing this document I have read and fully understandand agree to the terms and conditions stated herein and that it is binding upon my executors, heirs and assigns.
