  • Here is a list of requirements that need to be completed prior to scheduling Ozone Services:
     

    • Make sure that all personal belongings and trash have been removed from the premises.
       
    • By signing this agreement, you understand that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items left in the premises. Any item(s) or personal property left in the premises will be considered trash or abandoned property and will be disposed of accordingly.
       
    • We reserve the rights to cancel ozone services if excessive trash and/if the cleaning conditions are determined hazardous to our staff.
       
    • Electricity services will be needed for our team to be able to ozone your apartment home. Make sure that this service is turned ON and available.
       
    • No other contractors should be on the premises while your apartment home is being treated with our ozone equipment.
       
    • Do NOT enter the premises being treated prior to contacting our management office.
       
    • Do NOT remove Ozone Equipment from the premises being treated prior to contacting our management office. We do not want to have any equipment go missing and having to charge you for missing equipment.

  • Please read information below before you select a desired service date.

  • Available OZONE Treatment Service Dates are Monday through Friday.

    If a Saturday is selected, our management team will follow up with you to confirm, as this is considered a Special Request date.

    Our office is closed on Sundays and consequently Ozone requests will be moved to the following day (Monday) pending availability.

    Time reservations: the 1st time reservation slot is for 8 AM and the last time slot is 2 PM daily.

    Changes to your initial reservation will need to be done 48 hours prior to your pre-scheduled appointment. We reserve the rights to cancel a Ozone service request if the proper notice is not received in writing by our management office.

    A $50.00 Cancelation Fee will be assed to your account if your apartment is not ready for Ozone Services on the agreed date. This is considered a "Missed Trip" and we will collect the fee to cover our time and fuel expenses.
