    Guided Forest Therapy Walk
  • Friday, March 6th | 1pm - 3pm

    Milburn Creek Nature Reserve

    (park/meet at Battersea United Church) 

    Enjoy a fully immersive forest bathing walk with Certified Nature Therapy Guide, Claire Beach.
     
    This 2-hour walk ends with a forest tea.
    Participants are welcome to gather at Battersea United Church for snacks and conversation upon return.
     
    This is a fundraiser for Save South Frontenac, and all are welcome, regardless of ability to donate.

  • A few days before our forest walk, Claire will send participants a Welcome Email, providing details regarding clothing etc., and will provide a waiver for you to sign.
