    Pricing is based on the state(s) you represent—Virginia (VA), North Carolina (NC), or both. Exhibitors representing both VA and NC will be charged a single, combined rate. State representation will be verified prior to invoicing.

    Booth Information - Please Read This In Its Entirety!

    Due to the added logistics of this year’s combined VA/DC and NC Convention, PIA will assign all exhibit spaces. Locations will be determined by PIA and may not be selected by exhibitors. You will receive an invoice shortly. Your space is not confirmed until payment is received.

    Each exhibit space measures 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep and includes one 6‑foot table, two chairs, and one wastebasket. Pipe and drape, as well as tablecloths, will not be supplied; exhibitors are welcome to bring their own table coverings. Any backdrops or signage placed behind the table must fit entirely within the 10‑foot width of the assigned space.     Each exhibit space includes Trade Fair–only access for two representatives, Wednesday, June 17, from 1:00–5:00 pm, as well as the Trade Fair reception from 4:00–5:00 pm. This access is limited to the Trade Fair and does not include admission to education sessions, meals, or other convention events. Participation in additional functions requires separate registration.

    Additional individuals from an exhibiting company may attend the Trade Fair at no additional cost, but must be registered separately. Participation in additional functions also requires separate registration.

    BBQ and Cornhole - A BBQ dinner will be held Tuesday afternoon (6/16) from 4:00–8:00 PM, with a cornhole tournament taking place during the same time. Please indicate under each Booth Person whether they will participate in the BBQ dinner and/or the cornhole tournament. Partners are chosen randomly; players do not choose their partner.

    The poolside BBQ dinner is an additional $50. Participation in both the BBQ dinner and the cornhole tournament is $90.
