The purpose of this page is to allow all interested persons, groups or organizations an opportunity to submit suggestions concerning additions, deletions or revisions to existing or new expected practices. The Committee on Performance-Based Standards meets on a bi-annual basis, to review the proposed changes to the ACA expected practices. If a proposal is denied by the Committee, that proposal is eligible for submission again in two years.

The Portal for revisions to the ACA expected practices is now available. The portal opened for submissions on Friday, February 27, 2026 and will close on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The revisions proposed during this period will be available for public comment from Monday, May 4, 2026 through
Thursday, June 4, 2026.
