Auditions Dates & Times:

Ages 8-14: March 21st; 10:00pm-12:00pm

Ages 14-18: March 21st; 2:00pm-4:00pm

Callbacks:

Ages 8-14: March 21st; 12:00pm-1:00pm

Ages 14-18: March 26th; 5:30pm-8:30pm

Location: 166 E. Pine Avenue; Mitrani Production Center (Blue Building with Muck Rock Annie mural on side-- across parking lot from Brennan's Big Chill)

Casting the Following Roles:

Dog (8-14) - A dutiful delivery dog.
Penguin (8-14) - A sarcastic ice cream seller.

The Squirrelles (14-18) - A trio of back-up singing squirrels; friends with Gerald and Piggie. Vocal range: E3-Ab5

We will be casting two casts. Dog and Penguin will be appearing in group musical numbers. The roles of Elephant and Piggie have already been cast.

Auditioners will be asked to perform three things at the general audition:
1. Perform a memorized scene with a partner (provided by BTE on the day).
2. Sing a few measures of a song from the show
3. Participate in a group dance/movement call.
Please memorize one of the following Audition Scene for your age range:

Penguin (8-14)

The Squirrelles (14-18)

And familarize yourself with the song Elephant in the Room by listening to the recording and reviewing the sheet music.

Callbacks will consist of Scenes (Dog/Penguin) and Scenes and trio harmonies (Squirrelles). These do not need to be memorized.
