1. Health and Physical Readiness
• PAR-Q: All participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) via the booking form before attending their first session.
• Duty to Inform: You must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in your health (including pregnancy) either prior to the session via message or privately during the warm-up.
• Medical Disclaimer: Participants should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise programme. By attending, you acknowledge that you are in good physical condition to participate.
2. Bookings and Payments
• Pricing: Single sessions are priced at £15. A block of 6 sessions is available for £78.
• Payment: All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the official booking system.
• Block Bookings: Blocks are non-transferable and must be used within the specified timeframe (if applicable).
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• 24-Hour Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of a booking.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend (no-show), the full session fee will be forfeited, or one session will be deducted from your block booking.
• Discretion: Talaria Training reserves the right to offer refunds or credits for late cancellations at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
4. Lateness and Attendance
• 10-Minute Cutoff: For your safety, a proper warm-up is mandatory. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be refused entry to the class.
• Charges: In the event of a late arrival resulting in refused entry, the session will still be charged in full.
5. Equipment and Attire
• Clothing: All participants must wear appropriate workout clothing and supportive athletic footwear.
• Hydration: It is the participant's responsibility to bring their own water bottle to every session.
6. Liability Waiver
• Risk: Physical exercise involves an inherent risk of injury. By participating in Talaria Training sessions, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury.
• Liability: Talaria Training and its instructors shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property, except where such injury is caused by the proven gross negligence of the instructor.
7. Media and Marketing
• Consent: Talaria Training may occasionally take photographs or video footage during sessions for promotional and social media purposes.
• Opt-Out: By agreeing to these terms, you consent to your likeness being used. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform the instructor before the session begins.
8. Data Protection
• Your personal information and PAR-Q data will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of your training and safety. We will not share your data with third parties.
