Thank you for your interest in Mujeres Forward, a virtual leadership program designed for women and non-binary credit union professionals. This limited-capacity program includes a series of weekly virtual leadership sessions, participant check-ins, access to an advisory committee, and a capstone project where participants identify a real issue or need impacting their credit union/organization or the credit union industry and propose a solution. Your proposed solution may be considered for inclusion in future NLCUP programming. Participants are also required to create a GlueUp account and join the Mujeres Forward community resource page for ongoing communication and support.

Please refer to this calendar throughout the program to stay informed about important deadlines and session dates. All dates are subject to change; any updates will be communicated promptly. All participants are expected to attend the Kick-Off, actively engage in weekly sessions, complete the capstone project, and adhere to all program deadlines. No more than two absences allowed without prior written approval.
