Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the 72nd annual Greater Gulf State Fair! This is an application only and does not guarantee a space. Once GGSF receives your application, our admin staff will let you know that it was received and ask that you are patient. Our Fair staff reviews applications daily. We're looking for booths/vendors selling quality/unique products, great customer service, and a professional set up (hand-written signs are not permitted). Photos & Operational Standards

Photos of your booth as it is operated are REQUIRED with this application. Storage areas, boxes, and trash must be completely closed and/or out of sight. Your vendor space must look professional and clean at all times. No hand-written signs will be permitted.

Insurance: GGSF requires all vendors proof of a 1,000,000 liability policy naming Greater Gulf State Fair, Inc and Mobile Jaycees, Inc as additionally insured. Certificate of Insurance is due on September 25, 2026!
Each booth receives a set number of vendor lanyards, 15' x 10' booth = 3 lanyards. Will you need additional lanyards? Each additional lanyard is $75 each.
