TWO-DAY COSTS *If you submit your fee before June 1, 2026, you will receive the early bird discount of $25.
Art Vendor Outside - $150 for a 10’ X 10’ space or $200 for a 10’ X 20’ space, Electricity - $10 extra
Art Vendor Inside- $175 for a 10' x 10' space or $225 for a 10' x 20' space, Electricity - $10 extra
Business Vendor Outside - $500
Business Vendor Inside - $525
Food Vendor - $300 (outside only)
VENDOR RULES
- Spaces with electrical hookup are limited. Please request at time of setup.
- All fees must be paid in advance of the show.
- Late registrations MAY be taken, but payment must be made before set-up.
Absolutely, NO flea market or garage sale type items, direct sales items, or resale items allowed. In order to provide a diverse lineup of exhibitors, show management reserves the right to limit similar product offerings and services, reject items we find in poor taste, or remove/refuse any person who does not conform to these regulations.
No art vendor booth holder may hold a raffle, contest, or collect money in any way other than artwork sales.
No business vendor booth holder may hold a contest where attendees to the festival are required to give personal information resulting in “everyone is a winner.” We are trying to avoid vendors who offer vacation packages which result in timeshares, etc. Businesses that participate to advertise new phone companies, new roofs, or new windows are welcome to join us and take personal contact information given willingly from the attendee.
Vendors must submit at least three photos of your products. Photos sent through the mail will be returned to you at the event. Vendors must staff their booth during all hours for the entire event and must refrain from the early breakdown of booths, removal of inventory, or loading of vehicles until the show has been officially closed. Exhibitors will be informed of the details concerning times, guidelines, etc. upon acceptance to the show.
SETUP RULES
Set-up available Thursday, September 24 from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Set-up available Friday, September 25 from 9:00 AM to start of show at 2:00 PM
Students from various high schools will be participating in a Field Day event. You may want to arrive earlier, as last year they had time to visit the booths and purchase items.
You must be set up by 2:00 PM on Friday.
If you are displaying outdoors, you will be located on grass. Please bring weights or stakes to secure your tent. We encourage you to light your booth after dark with solar lights.
If you are displaying inside, no tent is required.
The iron pour begins at 7:00 each evening of the event.
Admission to this year’s event is $10 (kids 12 & under FREE).
Those registered for a workshop receive free admission.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We encourage you to participate in sharing the information of the show. Once our flyers are complete, you will be sent an electronic copy of the flyer for you to use in advertising.
