Thank you for your interest in participating in the 72nd Greater Gulf State Fair! Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled. Once you have submitted an application we ask that you be patient. A Vendor Manual will be available outlining policies, rules, regulations, expectations, etc. for all vendors. Important Information for Applicants

Before you apply, please note: This application is for consideration only and is not a license agreement. Previous participation in the Greater Gulf State Fair does not guarantee selection or a license agreement for the 2026 Greater Gulf State Fair. All vendors/concessionaires must have a signed 2026 license agreement, Vendor Information Manual, and meet all the requirements in order to operate a concession or exhibit. All decisions in the selection of exhibitors shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Greater Gulf State Fair. GGSF seeks to contract with businesses that display unique products and services; however, all applications will receive consideration.

Menu Items + Prices: List each menu item with price for approval. Only approved items as listed in your license agreement may be served. NOTE TO PREVIOUS VENDORS: Items sold in 2025 may not be approved for 2026. Please refer to the Vendor Information Manual for more information.
Applications without complete menu items + prices will be automatically denied. You will have the opportunity to submit an updated menu item request in the event costs/availability changes occur.
Insurance: GGSF requires all vendors proof of a $1,000,000 liability policy naming Greater Gulf State Fair, Inc and Mobile Jaycees, Inc as additional insured. Certificate of Insurance is due on September 25, 2026! (This cannot be purchased through GGSF.)
Space & Power Requirements

Footage must include all awnings, tents & stakes, support poles, tie-ons, storage areas, trailer hitches, etc. If you have more than one booth/trailer, please fill out a separate application for each. PRICING: For vendors selling from a single side, pricing is set at $90 per front footage (minimum of 20ft + 20% accumulated net daily sales applicable after rent is met). A maximum of 30ft Front Footage. If you wish to have a covered seating area for your customers, please specify below.

MINIMUM OF 20 FT REQUIRED FOR FOOD VENDORS ($90/per front footage with 20% accumulated net daily sales applicable after rent is met.) MAXIMUM OF 30 FT FRONT FOOTAGE.
Width:
Do you plan to have a seating area for patrons to eat? This MUST BE INCLUDED in your FRONT FOOTAGE & WIDTH measurements.
Electrical:
30 AMP - $200, 50 AMP - $250, 100 AMP - $350 (subject to change)
Photos & Operational Standards

PHOTOS of your concession trailer as it is operated are REQUIRED with this application. Trailers must be skirted on all sides including the hitch. Storage areas, boxes, and trash must be completely closed and/or out of sight (use screens/fencing to hide BOH from patron view and prevent patrons from walking between you and your neighbors concession). Your vendor space must look professional and clean at all times. Landscaping is highly encouraged. No hand-written signs will be permitted. Tents/seating areas MUST be approved in advance by fair management.
Upload photos of your setup, menu items, proposed product list, etc. IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING A SEATING AREA FOR GUESTS, YOU **MUST** CREATE OR SKETCH A DETAILED SCHEMATIC AND UPLOAD IT HERE or contact fair management. Applications will automatically be declined without submitting the proper photos of their set-up.

Refer to photos below. Vendor areas are clean and professional. Back of House areas are out of sight. If accepted, any Vendor area or Back of House area that is visible to the public is subject to be fined.

Vendors with 30ft Front Footage and under will receive four (4) Vendor Badges. If you need additional badges, they are available for purchase at $75 per badge.
