Easter Egg Hunt Schedule – Darnell Farms 2025

Thank you for registering! Please arrive early to check in and pick up your child’s wristbands at the registration table. Egg hunts begin promptly at the times listed below:

• 12:30 PM – Infants (0–2 years old) (One adult per child allowed in field)

• 1:00 PM – Ages 3–5

• 1:30 PM – Ages 6–9

• 2:00 PM – Ages 10–12

• 2:30 PM – Special Needs Hunt (All Ages)

• 3:00 PM – Overflow Group (For anyone who arrived late or missed their group)

• 3:15 PM – Golden Prize Announcements at the Stage

(No early prizes will be given. No exceptions. Please plan to stay if your child wants to be eligible!)

This is a free community event, and we appreciate your patience and kindness to our staff and each other. We’re here to celebrate together — let’s make it a joyful day!

I understand that by attending this event at Darnell Farms, I am participating under North Carolina Agritourism Law (NC G.S. § 99E-32). I acknowledge that Darnell Farms is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property loss that may occur while on the premises. I accept full responsibility for the children I bring to this event.I agree that children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No child drop-offs will be permitted. Some age groups require a little hike to the location, if you have troubling moving, walking minor distances, maybe see someone who is able to hike up hills can assist you with supervising your children. Carpooling might be necessary—we have LIMITED PARKING.I understand this is a free event, and prize announcements will happen only at the scheduled time. If I choose not to wait, I accept that I could risk my child from getting their grand prize. Anticipate spending the day here, and enjoying yourself—you won't regret it!I agree to treat staff with respect and understand that any aggression, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow event rules may result in being asked to leave the premises. Don't embarrass yourself or your children—be respectful.
