EGBF 2026 - Brewery Intake Form
  • Join us for the Elk Grove Brewfest on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Elk Grove Park, at 9950 Elk Grove Florin Rd, Elk Grove, CA 95624.

    We are offering the following to participating breweries:

    • _____as the benefiting non-profit (Federal Tax ID:         )
    • Buy 1 Donate 1 on kegs and packaged products up to $300.
    • Up to 4 vendor passes to the event
    • 10 x 10 ft. space 6 ft. table and 1 chair
    • Volunteer pourers (if needed, must be requested by March 15, 2026)
    • Website, social media, and email newsletter marketing before the event
    • 96 lbs of ice (2 bags will be distributed at the event's start. If you need additional bags, check out with the Beer Coordinator at the ice trailer. Maximum 96 lbs total.)
    • 5 lb CO2 tank (if needed, must be requested by March 15, 2026)
    • ABC License as soon as we receive it.

    Breweries to provide:

    • Breweries must offer a minimum of 2 beer types, with at least 2 x 15.5 gallon kegs or equivalent.
    • Jockey box and tap handles.
    • Tasting notes for each beer.

  • The undersigned vendor at the Elk Grove Brewfest ("Brewfest") dba Beers in Sacramento agrees to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Vendor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Brewfest, and its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers, from and against any and all loss, damages, liability, claims, suits, costs and expenses, whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys' fees, regardless of the merit or outcome of any such claim or suit, arising from or in any manner connected to the willful misconduct or negligent acts, errors or omissions by vendor, its agents and/or employees in connection with Vendor's participation in the Brewfest, and/or in the performance of services, work or activities under this Agreement and/or the Brewfest rules.


    2. Vendor agrees to comply with each and every rule, regulation, procedure, term and condition set forth in the brewfest's rules. Vendor hereby acknowledges receipt of such brewfest rules.

    3. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Natomas Oktoberfest you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Help keep each other healthy.
