Approved vendors must provide their own tent, table & chairs. This is a rain-or-shine event. Limited electric outlet access. WiFi will be provided for our vendors.

• Door Prize Donations for Raffle Drawing

All donors will be recognized during the event.

⏰ EVENT DAY DETAILS
• Setup begins: 8:30 AM
• All vendors must be fully set up by 10:30 AM — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Vendors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs
• Outdoor event – plan accordingly

The Butler & Watauga Valley Heritage Association is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization. The Museum of Butler Homecoming & America 250 Kickoff is designed as a community heritage celebration. Political campaigning, candidate promotion, distribution of campaign materials, or partisan activity is not permitted at this event. Elected officials are welcome to attend as community members and supporters.
